Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA)

New service hours for
Customer Service Centre of Hong Kong Service Supplier Certification Section

I. INTRODUCTION

This notice announces the new service hours of Customer Service Centre of Hong Kong Service Supplier (HKSS) Certification Section which will come into effect on I July 2006.

II. DETAILS

2. As you may probably already be aware, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government will start phasing in a five-day week for departments/bureaux from 1 July 2006. Trade and Industry Department (TID) is one of the government agencies which will implement the new arrangement during the first phase. In line with the new arrangement, the Customer Service Centre of the HKSS Certification Section will implement a new set of opening hours starting from 1 July 2006. The new service hours are as follows:-

For those individuals/companies who would like to make use of the fee-charging services of Customer Service Centre of the HKSS Certification Section, they are also invited to note the revised service hours of the Collection and Form Sales Office of TID which will also be introduced as from 1 July 2006:-
