European Union (EU)* : Guidelines for Application of the Textiles-Specific Safeguard Clause on Textiles and Clothing Imports from the Mainland of China
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 122/2005 cum Notice to Exporters: Series 2 (EU) No. 5/2005 all dated 11 April 2005, the European Commission has published the full guidelines for the application of the Textiles-Specific Safeguard Clause for textiles and clothing imports from the Mainland of China in the Official Journal of the EU. A copy of which is attached (pdf format) to this circular for reference.
