Import Licensing (Textiles) Circular No. 17/2003
Introduction of Bilingual Forms for Import Licence (Textiles) Form 7 (TRA23)
The above Import Licence form is all along printed in English only. With effect from 27 December 2003, bilingual form of the above Import Licence has been made available for sale at the Collection and Form Sales Office on 1/F, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon. The selling price of the bilingual form remains the same as the English form. With the introduction of the bilingual form, the English form will no longer be printed.
- Please be informed that both the English form and the bilingual form are accepted by this Department for the purpose of application for import licence to cover import of textiles.
- Opportunity is taken to remind textiles traders to avoid stocking up forms, which may be subject to frequent revisions due to changes in import and export regulations or rules.
