European Union (EU)* : Withdrawal of the acceptance of the undertaking for two exporting producers offered in connection with the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circulars Nos. 970/2013 and 971/2013 of 5 December 2013, the European Commission (the Commission) has published an implementing regulation to withdraw the acceptance of the undertaking for two exporting producers offered in connection with the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China. 2.The exporting producers are -

1. Alternative Energy (AE) Solar Co. Ltd, covered by the TARIC additional code B799; and
2. Wuxi Saijing Solar Co. Ltd, covered by the TARIC additional code B890.

They were found to have breached the undertaking. The Commission has therefore concluded that the acceptance of the undertaking for the two exporting producers shall be withdrawn.
