European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Regulation on Classification of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 571/2009 dated 11 November 2009, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation to delete point 2 of the table of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No. 1051/2009 concerning the classification of four-wheeled vehicles (All Terrain Vehicles) under its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature.
