European Union (EU)* : Impending expiry of anti-dumping measures on imports of threaded tube or pipe cast fittings, of malleable cast iron originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 368/2013 of 14 May 2013, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of threaded tube or pipe cast fittings, of malleable cast iron originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. The notice is available at:

2.Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in the notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire at midnight of 15 May 2018.

3.Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of the product originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been imposed since 15 May 2013 at a rate of 57.8% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty (except for a number of companies with individual duty rates from 24.6% to 57.8%).
