European Union (EU)* : Results of expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of melamine originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 790/2016 of 5 October 2016, the European Commission has published an implementing regulation to maintain the definitive anti dumping duty imposed on imports of melamine originating in the Mainland of China following the expiry review. The regulation is available at:

2.Salient points of the regulation are set out below –

EUR 415 per tonne net product weight (except for a number of companies with individual duties being the difference between the minimum import price of EUR 1,153 per tonne net product weight and the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty, in all cases where the latter is less than the minimum import price)

| (d) Duration | : | 5 years |

The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
