European Union (EU)* : Amending and Correcting Regulation on Plastic Materials and Articles Intended to Come into Contact with Food
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 207/2011 dated 7 April 2011, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation to amend and correct Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food to ensure that the Regulation reflects the most recent findings of the European Food Safety Authority and to remove any doubt regarding its correct application.
