Commercial Information Circular No. 250/2017

European Union (EU)* : Acceptance of a proposal to maintain the minimum import price at the level applicable in March 2017 pending the conclusion of the partial interim review of the anti-dumping and countervailing measures imposed on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circulars No. 185/2017 of 7 March 2017, the European Commission has published an implementing decision to accept a proposal to maintain the minimum import price at the level applicable in March 2017 for the undertaking accepted from a group of exporting producers in December 2013, as subsequently amended, in connection with the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China.
