Commercial Information Circular No. 1176/2017

European Union (EU)* : Approving Two Chemicals as Active Substances for Use in Relevant Biocidal Products

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1005/2017 dated 14 November 2017, the European Commission has adopted two Regulations to approve the following chemicals as active substances for use in relevant biocidal products:

  1. imiprothrin for product-type 18; and
  2. 2-methyl-1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one for product-type 6.
