Commercial Information Circular No. 1157/2017

European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Council implementing regulation that imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 378/2013 of 15 May 2013 concerning the imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in the Mainland of China, the European Commission has, having analysed the claims and evidence submitted by four companies and found that they meet the criteria to be considered as new exporting producers, published an implementing regulation to amend the Council implementing regulation by adding the companies to the list of cooperating non-sampled companies granted the duty rate of 17.9%.  The implementing regulation is available at:
