Commercial Information Circular No. 1139/2017

European Union (EU)* : Amending the Commission implementing regulation that extended the definitive anti-dumping measures imposed on imports of certain aluminium foil originating in the Mainland of China to imports of certain slightly modified aluminium foil originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 158/2017 of 23 February 2017 concerning the extension of the definitive anti-dumping measures imposed on imports of certain aluminium foil originating in the Mainland of China to imports of certain slightly modified aluminium foil originating in the Mainland of China, the European Commission has published another implementing regulation to amend the implementing regulation to remove the prerequisite for duty exemption of presenting by exempted companies commercial invoices issued by manufacturers to EU customs authorities.  The implementing regulation is available at:
