European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Regulation on Classification of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 265/2012 dated 10 April 2012, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation to amend Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 211/2012 concerning the classification of denatured ethyl alcohols under its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN), to ensure the uniform application of the CN by Member States' customs authorities.
