Commercial Information Circular No. 747/2013

European Union (EU)* : Classification of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature (CN)

The European Commission (the Commission) has adopted two Regulations concerning the classification of certain goods in its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN). The Regulations stipulate the CN classification of liquid products based on fermented milk products with added fruit and cereal flakes as well as real time clock modules to ensure uniform application of the CN by Member States' customs authorities.
