European Union (EU)* : Ecodesign Requirements for Standby, Off-mode Electric Power Consumption of Electrical and Electronic Household and Office Equipment, and Ecodesign Requirements for Televisions

Further to Commercial Information Circulars No. 13/2009 of 6 January 2009 and No. 437/2009 of 26 August 2009, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation to amend Regulation (EC) No. 1275/2008 regarding ecodesign requirements for standby, off mode electric power consumption of electrical and electronic household and office equipment and to amend Regulation (EC) No. 642/2009 concerning ecodesign requirements for televisions.
