European Union (EU)* : Classification of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature (CN)

The European Commission (the Commission) has adopted three Regulations concerning the classification of certain goods in its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN). The Regulations stipulate the CN classification of plastic wheels; castors consisted of stainless steel, rubber and plastics; as well as products consisted of green-lipped mussel powder that is fit for human consumption to ensure uniform application of the CN by Member States' customs authorities.
