European Union (EU)* : Modification of the Address of a Company Subject to an Undertaking Offered and an Individual Duty Rate in Connection with the Anti-dumping Measures Imposed on Imports of Citric Acid Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circulars Nos. 604/2008 of 3 December 2008, 743/2011 of 28 November 2011 and 725/2012 of 10 September 2012, the European Commission has published two notices concerning the modification of the address of a company subject to an undertaking offered and an individual duty rate in connection with the anti-dumping measures imposed on imports of citric acid originating in the Mainland of China. BACKGROUND

2.Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of citric acid originating in the Mainland of China has been imposed since 4 December 2008 and the current duty in force is 42.7% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty (except for eight companies whose individual duty rates range from 6.6% to 42.7%).
