Commercial Information Circular No. 514/2013

European Union (EU)* : Public Consultation on Inclusion of Substances in the Authorisation List under REACH

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 513/2013 of 28 June 2013, the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) is now conducting a public consultation on its draft recommendation of inclusion of 6 substances in the Authorisation List (Annex XIV of the REACH Regulation). The list of recommended substances and the details of the consultation are available at the press release ECHA/PR/13/27 issued by the ECHA and the relevant consultation webpage, which can be accessed through the following links respectively:

2.All interested parties are invited to submit comments and reasoning on these 6 new substances recommended to be included in the Authorisation List of the REACH Regulation. The deadline for the public consultation is 23 September 2013. Comments and information can be submitted through the above consultation webpage.
