European Union (EU)* : Corrigendum to the Council Regulation on Imposition of a Definitive Anti-dumping Duty on Imports of Certain Welded Tubes and Pipes of Iron or Non-alloy Steel Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 651/2008 of 19 December 2008, a corrigendum to Council Regulation (EC) No 1256/2008 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain welded tubes and pipes of iron or non-alloy steel originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been published. BACKGROUND

2.Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain welded tubes and pipes of iron or non-alloy steel originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been imposed since 20 December 2008. The current duty in force is 90.6% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty. The European Commission has initiated an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures imposed on the concerned products on 19 December 2013.
