European Union (EU)* : List of Nutritional Claims made on Foods

Further to Commercial Information Circulars No. 39/2007 of 15 January 2007 and No. 617/2009 of 11 December 2009, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation amending the list of nutritional claims permitted to be made on food, and their application conditions.
