Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 512/2009 of 8 October 2009, a list of anti-dumping measures taken by the EU against products originating in the Mainland of China up to 31 December 2009 is at the
Annex (pdf format). The list is compiled from information available to the Department and is meant for
traders' general information only. In case of doubt, traders should approach their importers in the EU for clarifications.
