European Union (EU)* : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Certain Stainless Steel Fasteners and Parts Thereof Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 478/2005 of 24 November 2005, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain stainless steel fasteners and parts thereof originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. DETAILS

  1. Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain stainless steel fasteners and parts thereof originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China had been imposed since 20 November 2005. The rate of duty was 27.4% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty (except for two companies whose individual duty rates are 11.4% and 12.2% respectively).

  1. Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire on 20 November 2010.
