European Union (EU)* : Amendment to the Directive on Plastic Materials and Articles Intended to Come into Contact with Foodstuffs
Further to Commercial Information Circulars Nos. 408/2009 of 10 August 2009 and 339/2008 of 26 June 2008, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation amending and updating the Community list of monomers and other starting substances, and the Community list of additives for the manufacture of plastic materials and articles.
