European Union (EU)* : Restrictions on the Use of Certain Hair Dye Chemicals
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 448/2007 of 26 November 2007, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Directive to prohibit the use of certain chemicals in hair dye.
