European Union (EU)* : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Sodium Cyclamate Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 79/2004 of 24 March 2004, the European Commission (the Commission) has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of sodium cyclamate originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. DETAILS

2. Definitive anti-dumping duty on sodium cyclamate originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been imposed since 12 March 2004. The current duty rate is EUR 0.26 per kilo (except for three companies with individual duty rates ranging from EUR 0 to EUR 0.11 per kilo).
    
3. Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire on 12 March 2009.
