European Union (EU)* : Restrictions on the Use of Certain Hair Dye Chemicals
Further to Commercial Information Circulars No. 304/2006 of 9 August 2006 and 393/2007 of 25 October 2007, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Directive to extend the period of the provisional use of certain hair dye chemicals to 31 December 2009. Details are set out in Commission Directive 2007/67/EC (the Directive).
