Tariff Quota for Garlic
Further to Commercial Information Circular 289/2006 of 1 August 2006, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation to revise certain provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1870/2005. In gist, the definitions of reference quantity, traditional importers and new importers are revised having regard to the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU. Details are set out in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2000/2006, a
copy (pdf format) of which is attached to this circular for reference.
