European Union (EU)* : Notice of Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Colour Television Receivers Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 467/2006 of 28 November 2006, the European Commission has published a notice to announce the expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of colour television receivers originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. DETAILS

  1.  
  2. Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of colour television receivers originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been imposed since 30 August 2002 at a rate of 44.6% of the net, free-at-Community-frontier price before duty.
     
  3. In the absence of duly substantiated request for an expiry review, the anti-dumping duty on the product concerned will expire on 30 August 2007.
