European Union (EU)* : Corrigendum to Council Regulation on Quota Adjustment
for Imports of Certain Chinese Textiles and Clothing Products Following
EU Enlargement

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 61/2007 dated 29 January 2007, a corrigendum to Council Regulation of 22 January 2007 to adjust the quantitative limits for imports of Chinese textiles and clothing products covered by the EU/Mainland Memorandum of Understanding following the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU on 1 January 2007 has been published in the Official Journal of the EU. The corrigendum can be accessed through the following link :

Traders are requested to note that the quota levels for the period of 11 June to 31 December 2005 and 2006 have been reinstated in the corrigendum and that there is no change to the quota levels applicable from 1 January 2007 as announced in Council Regulation of 22 January 2007.
