Union (EU)* : Classification
of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature (CN)
The European Commission has adopted Regulations
concerning the classification of certain goods in its commodity classification
system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN). The Regulations stipulate the
CN classification of certain vehicles mainly used on building sites,
children's products, electronic SUDOKU puzzle game, hazelnut preparation,
preparation in the form of gelatine capsules and preparation in the
form of an alcoholic solution, to ensure uniform application of the
CN by Member States' customs authorities. Details are set out in Commission
