Commercial Information Circular No. 128/2007

European Union (EU)* : Classification of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature (CN)

The European Commission has adopted Regulations concerning the classification of certain goods in its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN). The Regulations stipulate the CN classification of certain toilet articles, audio and video entertainment apparatus, three-wheeled motor vehicles, liquid products and yogurt, to ensure uniform application of the CN by Member States' customs authorities.
