European Union (EU)*: Notice of Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Potassium permanganate Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 169/2005 of 14 May 2005, the European Commission has published a notice to announce the expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of potassium permanganate originating in the mainland of China. A copy of the notice is at Annex (pdf format) for reference. 

DETAILS

  1. Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of potassium permanganate originating in the mainland of China has been imposed since 20 November 1994. The rate of duty is EUR 1.26 per kg. Consequent to an expiry review, the definitive anti-dumping duty has been extended for another five years from 16 February 2001. In the absence of any request for an expiry review, the anti-dumping duty on the product concerned will expire on 16 February 2006.
