European Union (EU) * : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Colour Television Receivers Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 122/2006 of 31 March 2006, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of colour television receivers originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. A copy of the notice is at Annex (pdf format) for reference.

DETAILS

2. Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of colour television receivers originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been imposed since 30 August 2002 at a rate of 44.6% of the net, free-at-Community-frontier price before duty.
   
   
3. Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the attached notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire on 30 August 2007.
