Union (EU)* : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measure on Imports of Coumarin Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 99/02 of 17 May 2002, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of coumarin originating in, inter alia, the mainland of China. A copy of the notice is at

DETAILS
- Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of coumarin originating in the mainland of China has been imposed since 5 April 1996 and extended for another five years starting from 10 May 2002 subsequent to an expiry review. The current duty in force is EUR3,479 per
tonne.
- Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the attached notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire on 10 May 2007.
