European Union (EU)* : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of
Certain Zinc Oxides Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 245/2003 of 25 September 2003, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain zinc oxides originating in the mainland of China. A copy of the notice is at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
DETAILS
- Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain zinc oxides originating in the mainland of China has been imposed since 6 March 2002 at rate of 28.0% of the net, free-at-Community-frontier price before duty.
- Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the attached notice, both anti-dumping duties will expire on 6 March 2007.
