Union (EU)* : Notice of Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures
on Imports of Certain Aluminium Foil Originating in, inter alia, the
Mainland of China
Further to Commercial
Information Circular No. 344/2005 of 27 August 2005, the European Commission
has published a notice to announce the expiry of the anti-dumping measures
on imports of certain aluminium foil originating in, inter alia, the
mainland of China. A copy of the notice is at Annex
(pdf format) for reference.
DETAILS
- Definitive anti-dumping
duty on imports of certain aluminium foil originating in, inter alia,
the mainland of China has been imposed since 18 May 2001 at a rate
of 15.0% of the net, free-at-Community-frontier price before duty.
In the absence of any request for expiry review, the anti-dumping
duty on the product concerned will expire on 18 May 2006.
