European Union (EU)* : Classification of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature
The European Commission has adopted two Regulations concerning the classification of certain goods in its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN). The Regulations stipulate the CN classification of certain men's undergarment and fermented beverage to ensure uniform application of the CN by Member States' customs authorities. Details are set out in Commission Regulation (EC) Nos. 437/2006 and 600/2006, copies of which are attached (pdf format) to this circular for reference.
