European Union (EU)* : Notice of Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Certain Electronic Weighing Scales Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 80/2005 of 4 March 2005, the European Commission has published a notice to announce the expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain electronic weighing scales originating in, inter alia, the mainland of China. A copy of the notice is at Annex (pdf format)for reference.

DETAILS

Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain electronic weighing scales originating in, inter alia, the mainland of China has been imposed since 1 December 2000 at a rate of 30.7% of the net, free-at-Community-frontier price before duty. In the absence of any request for an expiry review, the anti-dumping duty on the product concerned will expire on 1 December 2005.
