European Union (EU)* : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Certain Aluminium Foil Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 90/01 of 22 May 2001, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain aluminium foil originating in, inter alia, the mainland of China. A copy of the notice is at Annex (pdf format) for reference.

DETAILS

Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain aluminium foil originating in, inter alia, the mainland of China has been imposed since 18 May 2001 at a rate of 15.0% of the net, free-at-Community-frontier price before duty. Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the attached notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire on 18 May 2006.
