Commercial Information Circular No. 321/2005

European Union (EU)* : Questionnaire for the Anti-dumping Proceeding Concerning Imports of Recordable Compact Disks Originating in, inter alia, Hong Kong

Further to Commercial Information Circular (CIC) No. 307/2005 of 6 August 2005, we have just received from the European Commission the questionnaire for the anti-dumping proceeding on imports of recordable compact disks (CD-R) originating in, inter alia, Hong Kong. A copy of the questionnaire is available for interested parties to download at

  1. Please note that in accordance with the "Notice of Initiation" issued by the European Commission as annexed to CIC No. 307/2005, all written submissions including questionnaire replies provided by interested parties on a confidential basis should be labelled as 'Limited' (which means the document is for internal use only) and should be accompanied by a non-confidential version, which will be labelled 'For inspection by interested parties'. If necessary, please refer to the relevant "Notice of Initiation" for full details on the subject requirement.
