European Union (EU)* : Questionnaire for the Anti-dumping Proceeding Concerning Imports of Recordable Compact Disks Originating in, inter alia, Hong Kong
Further to Commercial Information Circular (CIC) No. 307/2005 of 6 August 2005, we have just received from the European Commission the questionnaire for the anti-dumping proceeding on imports of recordable compact disks (CD-R) originating in, inter alia, Hong Kong. A copy of the questionnaire is available for interested parties to download at

- Please note that in accordance with the "Notice of Initiation" issued by the European Commission as annexed to CIC No. 307/2005, all written submissions including questionnaire replies provided by interested parties on a confidential basis should be labelled as 'Limited' (which means the document is for internal use only) and should be accompanied by a non-confidential version, which will be labelled 'For inspection by interested parties'. If necessary, please refer to the relevant "Notice of Initiation" for full details on the subject requirement.
