The Mainland of China : "Implementation Rules on Certain Measures for Further Promoting the Development of Cross-boundary E-commerce Industry in the Guangzhou Development District and the Huangpu District of Guangzhou Municipality"

The Commerce Bureau of the Huangpu District of Guangzhou Municipality and the Commerce Bureau of the Guangzhou Development District jointly issued on 15 January 2024 the "Implementation Rules on Certain Measures for Further Promoting the Development of Cross-boundary E-commerce Industry in the Guangzhou Development District and the Huangpu District of Guangzhou Municipality", which takes effect on the date of promulgation till 20 January 2024. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the implementation rules (available in Chinese only).
