Commercial Information Circular No. 45/2024

The Mainland of China : "Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for Supervision and Administration of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin"

The General Administration of Customs issued on 28 December 2023 the "Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for Supervision and Administration of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin", which will take effect on the date of acceptance of relevant regulatory facilities and official implementation of independent customs operation in the cooperation zone. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the measures (available in Chinese only).
