The Ecology and Environment Bureau of the Shenzhen Municipality promulgated the "8 Supporting Discretionary Standards for Lists and Standards such as 'The List of Non-Penalty for Minor Environmental Illegal Behaviours (2024 Version)'", which took effect from 15 January 2024 for five years.
