Commercial Information Circular No. 144/2024

The Mainland of China : "Notice Concerning Implementation of Independent Customs Operation in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin"

The Executive Committee of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and the General Office of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin Affairs of the People's Government of Guangdong Province jointly issued on 8 February 2024 the "Notice Concerning Implementation of Independent Customs Operation in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin". The official implementation of independent customs operation in the cooperation zone will take effect at 0:00 am on 1 March 2024. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
