The Mainland of China : Implementation Rules on Import Tariff Rate Quotas for Sugar, Wool and Wool Tops in 2024

The Ministry of Commerce issued on 25 September 2023 the "Application Criteria and Allocation Principles of Import Tariff Rate Quota for Sugar in 2024" and the "Implementation Rules on Administration of Import Tariff Rate Quotas for Wool and Wool Tops in 2024". The relevant application period for import tariff rate quota for sugar is from 15 to 30 October 2023. Enterprises should submit applications for import tariff rate quotas for wool and wool tops before 20 September 2024. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
