The Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality issued on 28 November 2022 the "Implementation Rules of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality on the Administration on Gradient Cultivation of High-quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", which took effect on 1 December 2022 for five years. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the implementaion rules (available in Chinese only).
