The Mainland of China : Implementation Rules on Import Tariff Rate Quotas for Sugar, Wool and Wool Tops in 2023

The Ministry of Commerce issued on 18 September 2022 a notice concerning the "Application Criteria and Allocation Principles of Import Tariff Rate Quota for Sugar in 2023" and the "Implementation Rules on Administration of Import Tariff Rate Quotas for Wool and Wool Tops in 2023". The relevant application period for import tariff rate quota for sugar is 15-30 October 2022. For the application details related to import tariff rate quotas for wool and wool tops, please refer to the above-mentioned implementation rules. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
