Commercial Information Circular No. 420/2022

The Mainland of China : Notice by the Ministry of Commerce Concerning Allocation of Quotas for Exports of Grain Flour to Hong Kong and Macao in 2022

The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 30 December 2021 announcing the names of enterprises and their respective allocation of quotas for exports of grain flourto Hong Kong and Macao in 2022.  According to the notice, the relevant quotas are for exclusive use of exports to Hong Kong and Macao, and the enterprises concerned are not permitted to re-export the products subject to export quotas to other countries and regions by any means.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
