The General Administration of Customs issued on 25 October 2021 the "Notice Concerning Stopping the Issuance of Generalised System of Preferences Certificates of Origin for Goods Exported to Certain Countries Including the European Union Member States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Turkey, Ukraine and Liechtenstein", which will take effect on 1 December 2021.
