The Mainland of China : Implementation Rules on Import Tariff Rate Quotas for Sugar, Wool and Wool Tops in 2022

The Ministry of Commerce issued on 30 September 2021 a notice concerning the "Application Criteria and Allocation Principles of Import Tariff Rate Quota for Sugar in 2022" and the "Implementation Rules on Administration of Import Tariff Rate Quotas for Wool and Wool Tops in 2022". The relevant application period for import tariff rate quota for sugar is 15-30 October 2021. For the application details related to import tariff rate quotas for wool and wool tops, please refer to the above-mentioned implementation rules. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
